ISNetworld® Compliance
When it comes to managing contractor compliance for platforms like ISNetworld®, you need a partner who understands the ins and outs of complex regulatory requirements. From completing the 1,000+ question Master Questionnaire (MQ) to handling key documents like your Experience Modification Rate (EMR), Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), RAVs, and OSHA logs, we take care of it all, ensuring you stay fully compliant and ready to win contracts with top hiring clients.
Why Choose Us for ISNetworld® Compliance?
1. Master Questionnaire (MQ) Expertise
Filling out ISNetworld’s® lengthy Master Questionnaire (MQ) can be overwhelming, especially when it includes hundreds of questions covering everything from your safety programs to environmental policies. We partner with clients to complete the MQ, ensuring that every question is answered correctly, and all required information is up to date, minimizing delays and rejections.
2. Managing EMR, TRIR, RAVs and OSHA Requirements
Maintaining key safety and performance metrics like EMR, TRIR, and OSHA logs is critical for your ISNetworld® profile. These factors play a significant role in determining your compliance score and whether hiring clients will consider your company for future contracts.
- Experience Modification Rate (EMR): Your EMR is a metric that insurance companies and hiring clients use to assess your company’s workplace safety performance. It compares your company’s workers’ compensation claims to others in your industry. A lower EMR means your company is safer and more attractive to hiring clients, while a higher EMR can raise red flags.
- Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR): TRIR is a crucial safety metric that measures the number of OSHA-recordable incidents per 100 full-time employees during a calendar year. The formula for TRIR is # of incidents x 200,000/the total amount of hours worked. This includes recordable injuries, illnesses, and fatalities. Many hiring clients look closely at your TRIR when assessing your safety track record, and a high TRIR can negatively impact your ability to win contracts. We help you calculate and report your TRIR accurately.
- RAVs: We specialize in creating custom written programs that meet ISNetworld’s RAV requirements. Whether you need assistance with your Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs, Drug and Alcohol Policies, or DOT Compliance Manuals, our professionals ensure that your documentation is not only compliant but tailored to reflect your company’s operations and culture.
- OSHA 300 and OSHA 300A Logs: Maintaining accurate OSHA 300 and OSHA 300A logs is another critical part of compliance. The OSHA 300 log records work-related injuries and illnesses, while the OSHA 300A is an annual summary of that data. These logs are frequently required by ISNetworld® and hiring clients to assess your company’s safety history. We help ensure these logs are complete, accurate, and submitted on time, so you never fall behind on compliance. Our team obtain information on hours quarterly to ensure that the hours are accurate at the end of each year.
3. Multi-Platform Compliance Support
ISNetworld® is not the only platform your business may need to comply with. Many hiring clients also use platforms like Avetta, DISA, and Veriforce, each with its own set of requirements. Managing compliance across multiple platforms can be incredibly complex and time-consuming, but our team makes it easy by handling everything for you. Whether you need to update your Avetta safety documentation or ensure your DISA drug testing compliance, we’ve got you covered across all platforms.
About ISNetworld®
ISNetworld® is a contractor/supplier management software database that serves as a clearinghouse for Hiring Clients and Contractors. To properly navigate this software program, Contractors start by answering an extensive Management System Questionnaire (MSQ™). Additional data about quality, regulatory and safety have to be supplied to ISNetworld® to be vetted and graded by the different applicable Hiring Clients. Hiring Clients grade contractor-supplied data, usually based on a 100-point scoring system, generating an A, B, C or F grade. Sometimes Hiring Clients use the color code system of Green/Red/Yellow or simply as a Pass/Fail. The correctness and timeliness of this data upload is crucial to getting the best grade/score possible.
ISN® is intended to streamline the process a Hiring Client devotes to the procurement process in contractor approval. However, it is a common testimonial from our clients that this process is not as easy as it sounds for contractors. For years, the staff at IRONWOOD has been helping companies of all sizes understand how to best structure, navigate and maintain their ISNetworld® accounts. A 3rd Party Administrator is not necessary but what can commonly take 3-6 months for a contractor to navigate, IRONWOOD Business Consulting can typically accomplish in 3-6 days. Contact us for more info.
New to ISN® or a long-term contractor maintaining compliance, a quality 3rd Party Administrator can help navigate and affordably maintain these ISNetworld® requirements. A poor quality 3rd party administrator can further complicate a contrator’s relationship with Hiring Clients and create unacceptable long-term liabilities. Contractors are easily confused through all the online guarantees. IRONWOOD always recommends due diligence when vetting potential 3rd Party Administrators.
